Wednesday: 8:00-12:00a & 2-6p
Thursday: 8:00-12:00a & 2-6p
Friday: by appointment only
Saturday: 9-11a (2nd and 4th Saturdays of the month) and by appointment
Sunday: Closed

Financial

We will be more than happy to submit all applicable insurance forms for you and help you recover the most from your benefits. We will do everything we can to help you afford the treatment you need and want. Forms of payment accepted by the office are check, cash, or any major credit card. We work with most major insurances including auto and worker’s compensation cases. We also offer various financing plans to make care affordable.

Massage 

A popular service in our clinic is massage therapy.  Our therapists are licensed and nationally registered and trained in a variety of techniques and modalities.  We often offer massage as a part of our care plans and in some cases it is covered by insurance.

The various types of massage we offer include:  Deep-tissue, swedish, myofascial work, sports, prenatal and pregnancy and general relaxation.  These encompass a range of techniques including effleurage, petrissage, and tapotement.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
